PBS Hackers Put Sony in Crosshairs

Anonymous hacker group Lulzsec claims to be hacking into Sony’s chat servers. The group took credit for a fake Tupac Shakur story that was posted on PBS’ website. It had been hyping another planned attack on Sony’s BMG website in Japan last week. Group says it has nothing to do with the other recent attacks on Sony or the much-publicized group of hackers known as Anonymous. Sony has yet to respond to the reports of its chat servers being hacked, but says it is targeting music rather than gaming.”]
