Parts Of San Francisco Network Still Locked Out

Terry Childs is accused of holding San Francisco’s FiberWAN network hostage for 10 days. City has regained control of five devices at the heart of the network. Administrators are still locked out of the voice over Internet Protocol system and local area networks. Childs’ attorney says he was the victim of jealous co-workers who were upset because his good work made them look bad.
