Over 1.1 Million People Signed New ‘Pardon Snowden’ Petition

1,000 people signed petition to get Obama to pardon Edward Snowden. Petition was set up before the release of the movie about the NSA whistleblower. The White House has declined to issue a pardon for the former NSA contractor. President Obama has said he will not pardon Snowden unless he is found guilty of a crime by a court. The petition is expected to be signed by more than 100,000 more than any other petitioners in the U.S. to get a pardon from the White House.
