Open Source Clones Unofficially Sold on the Microsoft Store

New group of Microsoft Store apps were discovered by users at PortableFreeware.com. They saw renamed clones of popular open-source programs that include ScreenToGif, PhotoDemon, Captura, and OBS Studio being offered in the Microsoft Store. In some cases, the developers are offering these programs as paid apps or with in-app purchases. The original developers of these clones have reported the clones to Microsoft, but had not heard back. Microsoft has contacted Microsoft for comment regarding this issue.
