Timothy Justen French, 21, of Morristown, Tenn., pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to one count of intentionally damaging a protected computer without authorization. He had been charged with hacking into five organizations and releasing thousands of stolen access credentials for online accounts. French is due to be sentenced on March 9, 2016; he faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
