NTT Security has confirmed plans to buy application security provider WhiteHat Security. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. WhiteHat has raised $50.6 million in funding since it was founded and now has 251-500 employees. The two plan to tackle enterprise security needs from critical infrastructure to business applications. The companies will continue to invest in emerging security technologies, officials say, and the deal is expected to close within the two companies’ control of each other within the next few months of the acquisition.”]
