Not Tough Enough on Cybercrime

The RBS WorldPay heist case was a missed opportunity to send strong messages about intolerance for cybercrime and financial fraud. The only way to really put a dent in financial fraud and cybercrime is through aggressive prosecution of fraudsters and tough sentences for the guilty.
