New Initiative Aims to Fast-Track Women into Cybersecurity Careers

“100 Women in 100 Days” is the result of a $160,000 philanthropic investment by Craig Newmark Philanthropies. So far, nearly 200 women have registered and await their turn to participate. The inaugural class will kick off in Sacramento, Calif., this summer, and the program will expand nationally in 2020. The program will offer free security training and apprenticeships to women who want to be in cybersecurity careers in just 100 days. The initiative was inspired by a post on LinkedIn last October.”]
