Coder ” Koushi” got the root running on the Motorola Xoom in less than two hours. The root means other developers can now create their own custom ROMs to hack whatever they want onto the Xoom. The Xoom was released on February 24th and is the latest Android device to be root-racked by developers to get a custom OS running on it. The developer has a short instructional on how to do the same with your own Xoom, but you will need a bootloader and adb on your computer.
