More Breaches, Less Certainty Cause Dark Web Prices to Plateau

The price of stolen financial information and hacker tools on the Dark Web have mostly stagnated over the past two years. Flashpoint found that digital profiles and financial information, so called “fullz,” sold for between $4 and $10, slightly higher than in 2017. In the first half of 2019, more than 3,800 data breaches and on average, 20 per day, were reported.
