Microsoft is working on enhancing the way emails sent using the Office 365 Message Encryption service are seen by mail servers so that they are less likely to be marked as spam and sent to the Trash folder. Microsoft is also working on “improvements to reduce likelihood of mail servers marking OME mails as spam”” and adding support for sending one-time passcode (OTP) emails from an organization’s domain. The OME service updates come with a January 2020 launch date and will be generally available on a worldwide basis for standard multi-tenant environments.”
