Microsoft’s $400 Surface Tablet Passes Through FCC

A new Surface tablet has been spotted at the FCC and it is expected to be priced around $400. The new device could be codenamed Lingo, according to Microsoft watcher WalkingCat. The devices will be powered by Windows 10 Pro and run on an Intel chip. Microsoft is also said to be working on cheaper versions of the Surface Pen, the Type Cover and a mouse. Back in May, Bloomberg reported that Microsoft was planning a line of lower-priced Surface tablets to compete with the Apple iPad.
