Microsoft has released a new patch for Windows 7 and 8.1 with security and general fixes. KB4467107 for Windows is released with general bug fixes and you can grab the update by checking for updates in Control Panel. Microsoft is not aware of any known issues in today’s update for Windows 8.2 or Windows 7. The latest patch also includes fixes for high CPU usage on some systems with AMD processors with 15h and 16h AMD processors. The update is available from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
