Microsoft Patch Tuesday – December 2016

This month’s release contains 12 bulletins addressing 48 vulnerabilities in Microsoft products. Six bulletins are rated critical and address vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer, Edge, Microsoft Graphics Components, Microsoft Uniscribe, and Adobe Flash Player. The remaining seven bulletins were rated important and are rated important. The most severe of these vulnerabilities could result in remote code execution if a user visited a specially crafted webpage using Internet Explorer. The vulnerabilities affect Internet Explorer versions 9, 10, and 11. The vulnerabilities only affect Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.”]
