Microsoft March 2020 Patch Tuesday Fixes 115 Vulnerabilities

Microsoft has released fixes for 115 vulnerabilities in Microsoft products. Of these vulnerabilities, 24 are classified as Critical, 88 as Important, and 3 as Moderate. Two new vulnerabilities allow attackers to create malicious Word documents that can perform code execution. Microsoft never released a fix for a wormable SMBv3 RCE vulnerability (CVE-2020-0796), but the vulnerability was very severe and felt like another EternalBlue type of vulnerability. Users should install these updates as soon as possible to protect Windows from known security risks.
