Microsoft fixed a known issue occurring for Update queries in Click-2-Run and Windows Installer editions of Access 2016. The bug triggers errors when accessing databases and breaking functionality for various apps using Access databases. Microsoft also released dates for updates designed to patch Access 2010, Access 2013, Access 2019 Volume License, and Access for Office 365 Semi-Annual (Version 1901) The issue affecting all Access versions was introduced on November 12, 2019, for users who have applied the following patch updates for MSI editions.
