Microsoft 365 is experiencing issues again with customers reporting that they cannot open links from emails. Microsoft 365 went through another service outage event (tracked as EX172491 in the dashboard) four days ago which affected enterprise customers from Europe. The issues were eventually addressed by Microsoft, with the official Twitter account tweeting that “things are looking good so far but we ll monitor throughout the day to ensure the service remains healthy”” Another issue prevents users from successfully authenticating to multiple Microsoft 365 services because of a “”third-party network provider issue”””
