Mass Distribution of Self-Destructing Malware in Ukraine

Ukrainian CERT-UA says an unknown attacker has been conducting a “massive” Jester Stealer malware distribution campaign. Jester stealer malware is being used to steal authentication and other forms of data from internet browsers, MAIL/FTP/VPN-clients, cryptocurrency wallets, messengers and game programs, experts say. Malware is being distributed via phishing emails with a “chemical attack” theme, the Ukrainian Computer Emergency Response Team says. Experts say the malware is linked to a GitHub profile and has several built-in checks.”]
