Marriott International says 383 million customers were affected by a massive data breach. The hotel giant says 5.25 million unencrypted passport numbers and 8.6 million encrypted payment cards were also exposed. The FBI is leading the U.S. law enforcement investigation into the Marriott breach, which continues. Marriott owns or franchises more than 6,700 properties across 30 hotel brands located in 129 countries and territories.
