Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is fast gaining ground as a powerful organizational lever used to achieve a diverse set of tactical and strategic business objectives, including increased revenue, reduced time to market, and organizational transformation. Despite its increasing popularity in the management toolkit, BPO is still an evolving phenomenon of which much remains to be understood.
