French man is suing ride-sharing service Uber for 45 million after a bug in the company’s iOS app sent notifications to his wife’s phone, which exposed his affair and led to the couple’s divorce. The man, living in France’s C..te d’Azur region, claims everything started after the day he borrowed his wife iPhone and logged into his Uber account. After logging off, following that day, his account remained linked to her phone, and she received copies of his notifications without his knowledge.
