Maersk chair Jim Hagemann Snabe revealed its company reinstalled 45,000 PCs and 4,000 Servers after NotPetya the attack. The company was forced to temporarily halt critical systems infected with the ransomware. The attack forced the IT staff to reinstall 4,000 new servers, 45,00 new PCs, and 2,500 applications, practically a complete infrastructure. Snabe defined the incident as a very significant wake-up call for a company.”]
