Guccifer 2.0 has claimed sole responsibility for the breach of the Democratic National Committee’s systems. The hacker posted a cache of documents on a public website. The documents include a 237-page Word document titled the “Donald Trump Report” It’s a comprehensive background briefing on the presumptive Republican presidential nominee. The document also includes an Excel file purports to be a list of high dollar Democratic party donors.
