London Marathon website goof leaks 38,000 contact details

Home addresses of some 38,000 participants in Sundays London Marathon were available for anyone to access on the race website. Celebrities such as Gordon Ramsay, Sophie Raworth and Ed Balls were among those affected. The BBC appears to have acted responsibly, informing the public about the problem on Monday. The public will be able to access the personal details of those who took part in the race on the website.
