Linux Gamers Banned in Battlefield V if Using Wine and DXVK

Linux users are being banned from Battlefield V because the anti-cheat system is mistakenly detecting them as cheating. EA cited the following rules as being broken. Users contacted EA to explain that they were not cheating but rather using Linux with the DXVK package. The ban was “actioned correctly”” and that they would not be removing the ban. EA has not responded to a request for the ban to be removed from the game. BleepingComputer has reached out to Electronic Arts to see if they will resolve this issue.”
