Jordan Evan Bloom, 27, charged with trafficking in identity information, unauthorized use of a computer, mischief to data and possession of property obtained by crime. Police say Bloom made $247,000 by administering Leaked Source and selling personal data. Leaked source operated in somewhat of a legal gray area when it debuted in late 2015.
