LeakedSource Operator Busted by Canadian Police

LeakedSource.com sold access to 3.1 billion login credentials stolen from LinkedIn, MySpace and Dropbox. Jordan Evan Bloom, 27, charged with trafficking in identity information, unauthorized use of a computer, mischief to data and possession of property obtained by crime. Police say Bloom made $247,000 by administering Leaked Source and selling personal data. Leaked source operated in somewhat of a legal gray area when it debuted in late 2015. The site claimed such data wasn’t collected directly through hacking but instead via research.”]
