Launch of Jamaica’s National Cyber Security Strategy Co-hosted by the OAS

The Organization of American States published a post on January 15, 2015 about the OAS co-hosting the launch of Jamaica’s National Cyber Security Strategy. Here’s a quick summary just for you.

Since February 2014, the OAS Cyber Security Program has been working with the Ministry of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining (STEM) of Jamaica, to develop the Government’s National Cyber Security Strategy. The development process was supported by the organization of a National cyber security Task Force consisting of a multi-stakeholder group of public and private sector stakeholders.
