Russian anti-virus vendor Kaspersky Lab has filed two antitrust complaints against Microsoft in Europe. The company says it has engineered Windows 10 to favor its preinstalled malware-fighting program. Microsoft denies the allegations, says it is “confident” that the security features of Windows 10 comply with competition laws. Microsoft is no stranger to anti-competition complaints with the European Commission, which fined Microsoft $1.3 billion in 2008 for failing to comply with the antitrust ruling. The moves follow a complaint against Microsoft with Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service.”]
