The incumbent will be an IT security visionary and establish the security technical roadmap for the company. He/she will be proactive and identify vulnerabilities and oversee penetration testing and compliance with company policies and industry/government regulations. The incumbent must be capable of working within a matrixed environment, interfacing with both internal and external professionals at all levels of management and will serve as a member of the IT CIO leadership team and report directly to the CIO.
