The global shortage of cybersecurity experts has reached 2.93 million, according to the (ISC)2 2018 Cybersecurity Workforce Study. Asia Pacific has the highest number of security workers, followed by North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Latin America. Nearly 60% of respondents say the issue puts them at moderate or extreme risk.
