The world’s first iPhone orchestra is staging a public performance next week as part of a University of Michigan course. Each iPhone has been programmed to deliver a different sound when each function is used. The touchscreen, microphone, GPS, compass, wireless sensor and accelerometer have all been tinkered with to turn the cacophony into something resembling music.
