A disgruntled customer was taught a lesson in civility over the weekend after a disgruntled customer left a negative Amazon review. The owner of an IoT vendor disabled the customer’s product after a post on the vendor’s forum. The vendor’s owner, Denis Grisak, posted the following three messages on his forum, explaining why he took the action he took. Even Elon Musk took notice: “Must be a slow news day if denying service to a super rude customer gets this much attention”” The vendor responded: “”Save your pitchforks and torches for your elected representatives”””
