Security vendor FireEye looked at malware callbacks to command-and-control servers in Russia and Ukraine. The countries have been at odds since pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was ousted in February. The biggest jump for Russia was in March of this year, when the country was number three globally.
