Imperva, a security firm with products for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments, has announced an agreement to acquire Prevoty, a DevOps security vendor. The cash deal, valued at $140 million (subject to adjustments) is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal 2018. In a statement announcing the purchase agreement, Imperva noted that the combination of PrevotY products and Imperva insight products like ThreatRadar should provide greater visibility into threats and vulnerabilities across the enterprise.”]
