Identity thieves attack Facebook users

Identity thieves are using Facebook s mail system to send a one-line message luring users to fbaction.net, a site that clones the social networking site’s log-in screen. Researchers identify malware existing in popular add-ons for Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram and others that are commonly used in browsers from Google and Microsoft. Google, Microsoft, Cisco Systems and others want appeals court to deny immunity to Israeli company for alleged distribution of spyware and illegal cyber-surveillance activities.
