ICE to Shell Out $30 Million for Phone-Hacking Tech

Israeli firm Cellebrite has secured a new $30 million contract with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The firm sells forensics tools capable of bypassing the security on most cellphones. ICE will pay the firm between $30 and $35 million for the tools, the Daily Beast reports.
