IBM Buys Into Security Compliance

IBM buys security information management and compliance tool vendor Consul for undisclosed sum. The buyout of Consul, a privately-held company, is IBM’s eleventh acquisition this year. Big Blue hasn’t developed a plan for integrating the Consul technology with its Tivoli, ISS, or Micromuse offerings.”]
