RDP Clients Exposed to Reverse RDP Attacks by Major Protocol Issues

Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) protocol can allow bad actors to take control of computers connecting to a malicious server using remote code execution and memory corruption. Check Point Research was able to find 16 major vulnerabilities out of a total of 25 security issues discovered in the open source FreeRDP RDP client and its fork rdesktop.
