The legitimate Privnote.com site offers the ability to send encrypted and selfdestructing notes that can be shared with other users. The site’s creators were concerned that someone had created a fake version of their website to trick users into using it. The fake site added ads in Google Search to have their result outrank the “organic”” results in organic results. The real site is using a free certificate from Let’s Encrypt
