Microsoft has released an out-of-band update for Windows 10 1903 that fixes a bug that could cause USB Audio 2.0 microphones to stop working. The update is not available in the Microsoft Catalog and thus cannot be downloaded manually. For users whose microphones are affected by this issue, Microsoft will automatically offer the update via Windows Update.
