Microsoft has added a tool that allows you to retrieve the color from anywhere you click on the screen and retrieve the location’s hexadecimal or RGB color code. The tool is based on Martin Chrzan’s open-source Color Picker tool created by Chrzan. PowerToys v0.20 update could launch with the new tool on July 31th, 2020.
