Microsoft fixes printing issues for all affected Windows 10 versions

Microsoft today released more updates to address a known issue plaguing multiple Windows 10 versions and breaking printing after installing updates released on June 9, 2020. Users reported experiencing printing issues on Reddit and the Microsoft Answers forums while using printers from HP, Canon, Panasonic, Brother, and Ricoh. Microsoft acknowledged the issue on June 12, saying that the “print spooler might error or close unexpected when attempting to print”” Microsoft also acknowledged a different bug affecting USB printers last week
