Windows has always allowed users to free up storage space by emptying temporary files, recycling bin, and the downloads folder’s contents. With Windows 10, Microsoft has made it easier with a new automated feature called ‘Storage Sense’ This feature automatically removes unnecessary files, such as temporary files and content in the Recycle Bin. When enabled, every 30 days your Recycle bin and Downloads folder will be emptied. You can also use the Locally available cloud content section to remove unused files that are already stored on OneDrive.
