CIS Benchmarks are the only consensus-developed security configuration recommendations both created and trusted by a global community of IT security professionals. There are currently more than 100 configuration guidelines for 25+ vendor product families. The most used are web browsers, videoconferencing, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure. The Center for Internet Security (CIS) is always looking for volunteers to join and help develop the CIS Benchmark. Volunteers can help shape cybersecurity best practices and receive CPE credits for major CPEs.
