Banque Cantonale de Geneve, also known as BCGE, has been targeted by hackers. Hackers demanded 10,000 ($12,000) from Swiss bank to not leak stolen data. Bank declined to pay, and hackers released 30,192 private e-mails from customers’ accounts. Bank says all of the leaked information related to customers’ online inquiries was safe.
