Hackers with the Babuk ransomware gang have leaked large amounts of data on five D.C. police officers. The data includes individual dossiers marked “confidential” and around 100 pages long. The files are part of a larger 250GB-ish cache that was stolen from the police departments servers sometime during the past few weeks. The gang has played an increasingly aggressive game with the department over the last several days, threatening to publish the rest of the data if the ransom is not paid.”]
