Hackers Chaining ‘Zerologon,’ Other Vulnerabilities

U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency: Hackers are chaining together vulnerabilities to target government networks. Attackers gained access to what CISA calls “election support systems” within government networks, the agency says. CISA warns that no election data has been compromised, but some of the vulnerabilities have been known for months or years. Microsoft has warned its users to apply a partial patch that the company issued for the Zerologon bug. With less than a month to go before the November elections, CISA has been issuing a string of warnings about election security.”]
