Hacker Who Hit Microsoft and Nintendo: Suspended Sentence

Zammis Clark, 24, of Bracknell, England, received a 15-month jail sentence after pleading guilty to five counts of computer hacking. Thomas Hounsell, 26, also pleaded guilty to breaching Microsoft’s network with Clark. Police say the hackers did not steal customer or financial data from either business, but did obtain in-development software and other sensitive information. Total damages as a result of the attacks were estimated to be 3 million ($4 million) Both men were arrested after investigations by England’s South East Regional Organized Crime Unit.”]
