Hack Attack Grounds Airplanes

Polish airline LOT says a cyber-attack disrupted its ground-control computers at Warsaw Chopin airport. LOT says the attack lasted about five hours and affected the computers that it uses to issue flight plans. Polish law enforcement agencies are investigating the hack and warned that other airlines might be at risk from similar types of attacks. Some security experts are questioning whether that might be the case with the supposed cyber-attacks against LOT. It’s been a busy year for airline-related hacking reports, including United Airlines’ website.”]
