Google wants to black out court details about data-mining e-mails

Google has been fighting a lawsuit that claims it intercepted, read and data-mined e-mail messages for targeted advertising and to build user profiles. Google has now asked the judge to “black out portions of a transcript” from a public court hearing that includes information on how it mines data from personal e-mails.
